1. No Return Accepted: Once a jewelry item has been purchased, it cannot be returned for any reason. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, dislike of design, incorrect sizing, or any other subjective reasons. 

2. No Refunds Issue: We do not offer refunds for any jewelry purchases. All sales are final. Please ensure that you have carefully considered your purchase before completing the transaction.

3. Exchange Policy: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we will gladly exchange the item for the same product within [number of days] days of the purchase date. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders: Customized or personalized jewelry order are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

5. Condition of Returned Items: Any exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

6. Exceptions: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, solely at our discretion. However, any exceptions made to not establish a precedent or obligation for future transactions.
